FROM THE BEGINNING
It began in the 1930’s with Leo O’Connor and a small butcher round in East Gippsland, which grew into several butcher shops in the Gippsland region and the outer eastern suburbs of Melbourne.
For generations the O’Connor family has been sourcing the finest quality beef from Gippsland and the surrounding regions, grazing on what is undeniably Australia’s most prized pastures for producing premium beef.
